Returning Merchandise

If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a store credit, refund or exchange. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please complete the form below within 14 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 10% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

  • Please note that we can only authorize returns once per order.
  • Free shipping label is limited to 2 orders per month.
  • Store credit is applied to all returns made from exchanged processed orders.
  • Any issues concerning a not delivered package we have to be notified within 30 days of order date.
  • Please be advised you have 30 days to print the label and ship the items back. If the package is returned using the label after 30 days, the return is subject to 10% restocking fee.

Prepaid return label

After you fill out the form below, we will e-mail you a prepaid shipping label. You can use the label to send the items back at no charge to you.
Prepaid shipping label is available for customers within USA 48 CONTINENTAL STATES ONLY.

3 Options are offered as credit

Option 1 - EXCHANGE
You can choose to replace the items you are returning with new items from the website of the equal or lesser value.
The new items will be shipped to you at no additional shipping cost.
Upon receipt of the returned items, your exchanges will be processed within 1 - 2 business days (time varies depending on the availability of exchange items).

Option 2 - CREDIT/Gift certificate

Your credit is going to be in form of gift certificate, a special code will be emailed to you which you can use for future purchases from 599fashion.com.
You will be given credit for the items you return only, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Credit/Gift Certificate will be issued within 1 to 2 business days after we receive and process your returns.

Option 3 - REFUND
If you do not want store credit or exchange you may choose this option to receive a refund back to your account.
You will be given a refund for the items you return only, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The refund will be made within 1 to 2 business days after we receive and process your returns. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.

All international orders are final including all APO and FPO, no returns or exchanges accepted.
- Returns accepted from USA 50 states only. All other sales are final.

Wholesale orders:
- All orders placed with wholesale account are final. No returns or exchanges accepted.

Nonrefundable items

Returned items from the following categories are not accepted.
( Cosmetics, Undergarments, Hosiery: If items from following categories are shipped back they are subject to 20% restocking fee )

"CLEARANCE ITEM" MARKED ITEMS

All items marked as "CLEARANCE ITEM" are final sale. These items can not be returned for refund or exchange.
If items marked as CLEARNCE ITEM are shipped back they are subject to 20% restocking fee
