Returning Merchandise
- If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a store credit or exchange. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please complete the form below within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

Prepaid return label
After you fill out the form below, we will e-mail you a prepaid shipping label. You can use the label to send the items back at no charge to you.

Two Options are offered as credit
Option 1 - EXCHANGE
You can choose to replace the items you are returning with new items from the website of the equal or lesser value.
The new items will be shipped to at no additional shipping cost.

Option 2 - CREDIT/Gift certificate
Your credit is going to be in form of gift certificate, a special code will be emailed to you which you can use for future purchases from 599fashion.com.
You will be given credit for the items you return only, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

All international orders are final, no returns.
- Returns accepted from USA 50 states only. All other sales are final.
