-        All orders are F.O.B. Los Angeles, California, USA.

-         Availability of products is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to change without prior notice.

3.     Fax in your order to us at 1-213-232-9741 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

4.      Email your order to us at : sales@599fashion.com

5.    Please note that fax and email orders will take a little more time to process than internet orders.

Method of Payment

-  Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. (We reserve the right to ask for a valid proof of identity including a copy of a bill for certain orders when the billing and shipping address do not match.)

Damages and Returns

-      All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customer’s error is subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

Out of Stock items on Orders

-   In the event that some items in your order becomes out of stock, an email will be sent informing you about it and another item maybe asked to replace those that are no longer available.  Orders with out of stock items take an additional 3 business days to process.

-      We automatically refund and ship the order as is if no response was received within 2 business days of the email being sent.

Orders on Hold

-  Orders with different billing and shipping addresses need additional documents before it gets processed. An email will be sent requesting a valid ID with the copy of the credit card as well as a verified billing statement. We apologize for any inconvenience this will cause you, but there have been many cases of fraudulent payments sent to us and we simply cannot maintain to provide our customers with the same everyday price of 5.99 or less if this issue is not addressed. We are trying very hard to minimize costs and we would appreciate your continued support.

-    The order will be cancelled within 2 business days if no response was received for the email sent requesting the additional documents.
